The role of the Church Planter can be a lonely one...
 
Since the Church is in startup mode, the Church Planter must often be “Chief cook and bottle washer”.  Unfortunately, seminary does not prepare us for the many organizational tasks required to succeed in planting a church.  Just as with an entrepreneur in business a "Vision Plan" is necessary to keep on track. 
 
Jethro Teams are named after Moses' Father-in-Law (Exodus 18) who helped Moses create a plan to realize his vision. 
 
In order to keep costs as low as possible, we typically form Jethro Teams of four church planters who work through the same three phase process that the typical Vision Planners clients works through except they do it as a group.

Visionary Church Leaders see the future clearly but they often lack the skill to know what steps to take next. The three phase "Vision Planning Process" allows the visionary to cast the vision, and then guides him through a planning process and ensures proper implementation of the plan.

Implementation
