Vision Planners is currently seeking very special individuals to become independent Vision Planners Consultants.

The successful Vision Planners Consultant will be someone of impeccable character who is active in his or her church. They will be college educated and, ideally, they will have both theological training/professional clergy experience and “real world” business experience. Business experience is a must, but the absence of theological training/professional clergy experience does not automatically exclude anyone who can demonstrate deep and consistent leadership as a layperson in the local church.

The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking in front of groups and facilitating small meetings. They will feel called to Christian service while they provide for their families, and they will feel a desire to be in business for themselves—but not by themselves. They will be willing to undergo vigorous selection, and extensive training. They will earn significant incomes, but their greater purpose will be to serve Jesus Christ by serving Christian churches, non-profits and Christian businesses in their communities.
